Posture Awareness | बॉडी पोस्चर
🪑 Sitting too much? Your back might pay the price! Persistent increased pressure in the discs of the lumbar spine can cause tear in outer covering of an already degenerated disc. Also, prolonged sitting weakens core muscles, and leads to poor posture, often causing back pain.
Disc Problems Explained | डिस्क प्रॉब्लम्स
Doctor, one disc in my Lumbar Spine looks "black"..is it serious ? A question I hear almost daily. Let's simplify it: A "dark" or "black" disc on MRI simply means the disc has lost hydration — a natural part of aging, called disc degeneration. It doesn't always mean pain. It doesn't always need surgery. Many people walk, run, and live full lives with black discs. So please, don't panic over your MRI scan. Let's treat the patient, not the picture.
Non-Surgical Pain Management | बिना सर्जरी दर्द निवारण
Spinal injections are simple day care procedures done by spine specialists to give targeted pain relief. They reduce inflammation, control pain, and help avoid bigger surgery in many patients. The procedure takes only 10 to 15 minutes under local anaesthesia. Most patients walk home the same day. It is safe, precise, and effective for back and leg pain.
